## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

N109BH, A CASA 212, WAS FLIGHT TRAINING AT SHR,WY. AIRPORT; EXECUTING TOUCH AND GO LANDINGS ON RUNWAY 15. AFTER TOUCH DOWN ,THE AIRCRAFT WAS RE-CONFIGURED FOR TAKE OFF AT 60KTS., THE FLYING PILOT MOVED BOTH POWER LEVERS TO THE T.O. POWER POSITION. THE RIGHT ENGINE DID NOT DEVELOP T.O.POWER WITH THE LEFT ENGINE. THE AIRCRAFT,DEPARTED RWY 15 TO THE RIGHT. THE INSTRUCTOR PILOT RETARDED THE LEFT ENGINE AND THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO THE RUNWAY,STILL HEADING TO THE LEFT,THE INSTRUCTOR PILOT TOOK CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT ; THE AIRCRAFT THEN DEPARTED RUNWAY 15 TO THE LEFT, KNOCKING OVER 2 RUNWAY LIGHTS. THE INSTRUCTOR PILOT STEERED THE AIRCRAFT ACROSS SEVERAL DITCHES AND CAME TO A REST BETWEEN RWY 15 AND TAXIWAY "B" . THE AIRCRAFT WAS SHUT DOWN USING NORMAL PROCEDURES, THE CREW EXITED THE AIRCRAFT. THERE APPEARED TO BE MINOR DAMAGE TO THE NOSEWHEEL STRUT WITH A COLLAPSED LEFT MAIN STRUT. NO INJURIES TO THE CREW.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
