## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE AIRPLANE WAS BEING FLOWN TO A MAINTENANCE FACILITY FOR REPAIR OF AN INTERMITTENT LANDING GEAR ALARM. THE AIRPLANE WAS FLOWN WITH LANDING GEAR DOWN AND THE CIRCUIT BREAKER TO THE LANDING GEAR PUMP WAS PULLED OUT. THE RIGHT LANDING GEAR DOWNLOCK ACTUATOR FAILED. WITH THE DOWNLOCK ACTUATOR FAIL AND THE GEAR PUMP CIRCUIT BREAKERS PULL THERE WAS NOTHING HOLDING THE LANDING GEAR FORWARD. AFTER LANDING THE RIGHT LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED AND CAUSED THE PLANE TO GO OFF THE RUNWAY. AS THE GEAR COLLAPSED THE RIGHT HORIZONTAL STABILATOR WAS DAMAGED SUBSTANTIALLY.
