## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT LANDED IN A GEAR-UP CONDITION. ON SCENE AT ARRIVAL IT WAS NOTED THE LANDING GEAR HANDLE WAS IN THE DOWN POSITION AND THE LANDING GEAR MOTOR CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS DISENGAGED. TWO EYE WITNESS REPORTED SEEING THE AIRCRAFT APPROACH THE RUNWAY WITH THE LANDING GEAR UP. ONE WITNESS STATED THE LANDING GEAR WAS DOWN. PHYSICAL DAMAGE SUGGEST THE AIRCRAFT LANDED WITH THE MAIN GEAR RETRACTED, NOT IN TRANSIT AS IF THE GEAR COLLAPSED.
