## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

- [NTSB ERA17LA150](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/ERA17LA150), Apr 8, 2017: Cessna 310R (N1362G), South Lakeland, FL, substantial damage. Probable cause: The failure of the left main landing gear on landing for reasons that could not be determined due to the extent of damage sustained during the accident.

## Other reports on N1362G (1)

Matched to the same aircraft by N-number and date.

- [Incident 19890822057169I](https://openairdocs.org/incident/19890822057169I), Aug 22, 1989: Cessna 310R (N1362G), Statesboro, GA, Minor damage. Pilot banked to avoid birds on takeoff. Thought he had bird strike. Found damage to left tip tank.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
