## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

WHILE PERFORMING TOUCH AND GO LANDINGS TO REMAIN CURRENT THE PILOT NEGLECTED TO LOWER THE LANDING GEAR. THE PILOT STATED THAT WHEN HE BEGAN HIS FLARE TO LANDING A HORN SOUNDED THAT HE STATED SOUNDED LIKE THE STALL WARNING. HE GLANCED AT HIS AIRSPEED INDICATOR AND THEN REALIZED IT WAS THE GEAR HORN BUT HE STATED ?BY THEN IT WAS TOO LATE?. PILOT ALSO STATED THAT HE HAD NEVER HEARD THE GEAR WARNING HORN BEFORE AND THE STALL WARNING ONLY ONCE BEFORE DURING FLIGHT TRAINING IN THIS PARTICULAR AIRCRAFT. MINIMAL DAMAGE WAS INFLICTED ON THE AIRCRAFT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
