## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AMERIFLIGHT NUMBER 1951 WAS ON FINAL INTO BFI WHEN THEY ONLY GOT TWO LANDING GEAR LIGHTS FOR THE MAIN, BUT NO NOSE GEAR LIGHT. THE PILOT STATED THAT HE WENT THROUGH THE EMERGENCY PROCEDURES AND CONTDUCTED A GO AROUND TO TRY AND GET THE GEAR TO LOCK IN THE DOWN POSITION. ALL ATEMPTS FAILED TO GET THE NOSE GEAR IN THE DOWN AND LOCKED POSITION. UPON INSPECTION, A RUPTURED HYDRAULIC LINE WAS FOUND, AND THE EMERGINCY BYPASS FOR THE LANDING GEAR TEST FAILED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
