## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING APPROACH FOR A TOUCH AND GO THE LANDING GEAR WAS SELECTED TO DOWN. THE MAIN GEAR GAVE A DOWN INDICATION AND THE NOSE GEAR DID NOT. THE PILOT PERFORMED THE EMERGENCY PROCEDURES IN THE POH FOR GEAR EXTENSION BUT STILL DID NOT GET A GEAR DOWN LIGHT. HE RADIOED THE LOCAL FBO FOR A VISUAL THAT THE GEAR WAS DOWN. HE GOT CONFIRMATION THAT IT WAS DOWN AND DECIDED TO LAND AND HAVE MAINTENANCE CHECK IT OUT. ON LANDING ROLL OUT THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO THE GEAR DOORS AND PROPELLER.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
