## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ WAS ON A PLEASURE FLIGHT AND TO OBTAIN FUEL AT (KCHK) CHICKASHA OK. AFTER DEPARTING FROM (KDUC) DUNCAN, OK. UPON ARRIVAL AT CHICKASHA THE PILOT WAS PERFORMING LANDINGS AND TAKEOFFS ON RUNWAY 36. THE PILOT STATED THAT THE WINDS WERE REPORTED AS 330 AT 6 AND HIS FIRST TWO LANDINGS WERE NOT AS SMOOTH AS HE WAS TRYING TO ACHIEVE.

ON THE THIRD LANDING HE HAD FULL FLAPS AND POWER WAS AT IDLE AS HE CROSSED END OF THE RUNWAY HE BEGAN HIS FLAIR AND A GUST MOVED THE AIRPLANE UP AND THE WIND LIFTED THE LEFT WING. THE WIND ALSO PUSHED ON THE TAIL. THE AIRPLANE TOUCHED DOWN BUT BOUNCED AND THE NOSE WENT LEFT. THE RIGHT RUDDER AND BRAKES WAS NOT ENOUGH TO COUNTER THE GUST AND MOMENTUM, A GROUND LOOP ENSUED, AND THE AIRCRAFT WENT OFF THE RUNWAY AND RAN OVER A RUNWAY FOOTAGE MARKER.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
