## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON APPROACH FOR LANDING TO RUNWAY 05 AT KGIF; PILOT STATED THAT LANDING CHECKLIST WAS ACCOMPLISHED AND LANDING GEAR WAS SELECTED DOWN FOR LAND LANDING. CONFIRMATION OF DOWN AND LOCKED WAS PERFORMED BY PILOT IN COMMAND BUT ONLY THE NOSE WHEEL WAS DOWN. AIRCRAFT LANDED ON KEEL OF PLANE AND CAUSED DAMAGE TO THE KEEL, LEFT AND RIGHT WING FLOAT SUPPORTS, AND FORWARD LANDING GEAR DOORS. AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST ON THE KEEL AND ALL OCCUPENTS WERE EVACUATED WITHOUT INJURY OR FURTHER INCIDENT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
