PILOT CONDUCTED A TOUCH AND GO ON BNG RWY 26 WITH A 17, GUSTING TO 23 KNOT, TAILWIND. ON THE TAKEOFF, AIRCRAFT WAS OBSERVED TO CLIMB TO APPROXIMATELY 100 FT. THEN BEGIN LOSING ALTITUDE WITH AN INCREASED NOSE HIGH PITCH ATTITUDE. AT AN ESTIMATED 40 FT, THE AIRCRAFT BEGAN A RIGHT TURN TO ABOUT 290 DEGREES AND LOST MORE ALTITUDE. IN AN EFFORT TO AVOID AN EASTBOUND TRAIN, THE PITCH ATTITUDE INCREASED FURTHER WHEN THE RIGHT WING STALLED, IMPACTING A TREE IN A 90 DEGREE ANGLE OF BANK. THE AIRCRAFT SPUN CLOCKWISE UNTIL THE LEFT WING MADE CONTACT WITH THE NEXT TREE, SPUN LEFT, COMPROMISING THE LEFT WING ATTACH STRUT AND CAME TO REST IN A 90 DEGREE LEFT BANK ATTITUDE AND HEADING 180.
