## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING ROLLOUT AFTER LANDING ON A PRIVATE GRASS STRIP, THE AIRCRAFT WINGTIP HIT A PHOTOGRAPHER WHO WAS FILMING THE LANDING FROM THE EDGE OF THE RUNWAY. THE PHOTOGRAPHER WAS STANDING APPROXIMATELY TWO FEET FROM THE SIDE OF THE RUNWAY AS THE AIRCRAFT COMPLETED IT'S ROLLOUT. AS HE ROLLED OUT, THE PILOT HEARD A THUMP. THINKING HE RAN OVER A MOLE HOLE IN THE RUNWAY, HE CONTINUED WITH HIS ROLLOUT. AS THE PILOT TURNED TO PARK HIS AIRCRAFT, HE NOTICED THE PHOTOGRAPHER LYING BY THE SIDE OF THE RUNWAY. THE PHOTOGRAPHER WAS STRUCK BY THE LEFT WING TIP OF THE AIRCRAFT AS IT ROLLED BY AT APPROXIMATELY 20-25 MPH. THE PHOTOGRAPHER SUSTAINED SERIOUS INJURIES FROM THE CONTACT WITH THE WINGTIP.
