## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON 6/10/2017, PILOT LANDED ON RWY 15 AT THE FORT COLLINS-LOVELAND (FNL) MUNICIPAL AIRPORT WITH THE LANDING GEAR IN THE UP POSITION. DAMAGE TO BOTH PROPELLERS AND THE FUSELAGE BELLY SKIN OCCURRED. PILOT STATED HE WAS PRACTICING ENGINE-OUT PROCEDURES AND ?IN THE MOMENT? OF INSURING HE HAD A STABLE AIRCRAFT AND VALIDATING THE ENGINE HAD FULLY REGAINED FULL POWER, HE FAILED TO INSURE THE LANDING GEAR WAS DOWN.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
