## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AT APPROXIMATELY 17:19 ZULU, A CESSNA 421C, REGISTRATION N41LJ, WITH PILOT IN COMMAND (PIC) AND FIVE PASSENGERS ON BOARD; REPORTED A BIRD STRIKE WITH MINOR DAMAGE TO FORWARD BULK HEAD AND NOSE RADOME, DURING FINAL APPROACH. PIC DID NOT DECLARE AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT ON RUNWAY 10R AT NORTH PERRY AIRPORT (HWO). PIC PROVIDED THIS OFFICE WITH A WRITTEN STATEMENT OF THE EVENTS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
