PILOT WAS LANDING ON RUNWAY 22 AT N51 AND BECAME DISTRACTED BY OTHER TRAFFIC IN THE AREA. HE NEGLECTED TO PUT THE GEAR DOWN AND SUBSEQUENTLY LANDED GEAR UP.
