## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON 08/28/2017 AT APPROXIMATELY 15:20 LOCAL TIME, N503UP LANDED AT SAN JOSE AIRPORT (SJC). IN A STATEMENT FROM THE PILOT, THE AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN VERY LIGHTLY AND IT CAME UP AGAIN, SAT IT DOWN FOR A NORMAL LANDING, THE AIRPLANE DRIFTED A LITTLE RIGHT AND THE RIGHT SIDE WAS LOWER THAN THE LEFT, AND THEY ASSUMED IT WAS A FLAT TIRE. THE PILOT TAXIED CLEAR OF RUNWAY AND STOPPED. THE PILOT WALKED OVER TO INSPECT THE FLAT TIRE AND NOTICED THE AFT SECTION OF THE GEAR TRUNNION WAS STICKING UP THROUGH THE WING.
