## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON 10/1/2017 N767MW FLT #GTI7704 AT DAL THE AIRCRAFT WAS MARSHALLED INTO A SIGN. WHILE TAXING INTO PARKING UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF A LEAD MARSHALLER AND TWO WING WALKERS THE AIRCRAFT HIT A SIGN. NEITHER WINGTIP IS VISIBLE TO THE FLIGHT CREW FROM THEIR STATIONS ON THE FLIGHT DECK. THEREFORE THEY RELIED ON THE MARSHALLERS. THERE IS A 727 TAXI LINE THAT APPARENTLY ADDEDTO THE AIRCRAFT BEING TOO CLOSE TO THE SIGN AND HANGER.

OPERATOR IS PROVIDING MORE INFO. I HAVE ASKED FOR THEIR AUDITS AND CHECK LIST.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
