PILOT WAS CONDUCTING A WHEELED LANDING AND UPON TOUCHDOWN PILOT LOST CONTROL AND THE AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER ONTO ITS BACK.  PILOT STATED THAT CROSS WINDS MAY HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO THE INCIDENT.
