AIRCRAFT DEPART LFT.  RIGHT AFTER LEVELING OFF AT 3000 FEET ALTITUDE. SEVERE VIBRATION BEGAN. THROTTLED ENGINE BACK AND LANDED IN FIELD. DISCOVERED END OF BLADE AND CAP PORTION OF METAL LEADING EDGE SEPARATED FROM BLADE.
