## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

WHILE APPROACHING MCKINNNEY AIRPORT, PILOT REPORTED A LOSS OF THE ALTERNATOR. PILOT WAS ABLE TO NOTIFY ATC. PILOT THEN EXPERIENCED A COMPLETE ELECTICAL FAILURE AND PROCEEDED TO LOWER THE LANDING GEAR MANUALLY, WITH THE HAND PUMP. PILOT REPORTED THE GEAR FELT LIKE IT LOCKED SECURELY IN PLACE, BUT DID NOT HAVE AN GEAR INTRUMENTION INDICATION, DUE TO NO ELECTRICITY. PILOT WAS ABLE TO VERIFY THAT THE HYDRAULIC PRESSURE GAUAGE WAS POSITIVE. ON TOUCH DOWN THE PLANE BEGAN ITS LANDING ROLL NORMALLY, AS THE LANDING ROLL PROGRESSED, THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR BEGAN TO RETRACT, THUS CAUSING SKIN DAMAGE TO BOTTOM OF RIGHT WINGTIP. AIRCRAFT VEERED OFF RUNWAY, INTO GRASS. NO INJURIES NOR ANY OTHER PROPERTY DAMAGE.
