## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

A GEAR INDICATOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED WHILE ON FINAL TO RUNWAY 24 AT BRADLEY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (BDL). FLEW BY BDL TOWER TO VISUALLY CHECK LANDING GEAR, GEAR APPEARED DOWN. WHILE TOUCHING DOWN, ANOTHER AIRCRAFT REPORTED THAT THIS AIRCRAFT APPEARED TO HAVE A BLOWN LEFT MAIN WHEEL INBOARD TIRE. AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY, REQUESTING A TOW OFF THE RUNWAY. UPON INSPECTION OF THE AIRCRAFT, OTHER DAMAGE WAS FOUND ON PANEL 5852R, GEAR ASSEMBLY, AND GEAR INDICATING SWITCH.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
