## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

STUDENT PILOT WAS COMING IN TO LAND FOR HER SECOND SOLO LANDING OF THE LESSON. AFTER LANDING THE PLANE AND TOUCHING THE WHEELS TO THE GROUND, THE PLANE BEGAN TO DRIFT TO THE LEFT. THE STUDENT PILOT ATTEMPTED TO CORRECT FOR THIS BY PUTTING AILERONS INTO THE WIND AND USING BRAKE PRESSURE, BUT THE PLANE CONTINUED DRIFTING TO THE SIDE. UNFORTUNATELY, THIS DID NOT STOP THE PLANE FROM MOVING FORWARD AND TO THE LEFT UNTIL ON THE GRASS. THE PILOT WENT ONTO THE GRASS AND CAME TO A COMPLETE STOP OFF THE SIDE OF THE RUNWAY.
