## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON NOVEMBER 7, 2017 AT APPROXIMATELY 13:21 THE PILOT WAS TAXING THE AIRCRAFT AT KSBY TO RUNWAY 32. AT THE INTERSECTION OF TAXIWAYS ALPHA AND DELTA THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK A TAXIWAY LIGHT WITH THE RIGHT ENGINE PROPELLER WHILE TURNING. THE PILOT STATED THAT THE FRONT WINDSCREEN OF THE AIRCRAFT WAS FOGGING, CAUSING REDUCED FORWARD VISIBILITY. THE WEATHER AT THE TIME WAS OVERCAST AND RAINING. THE AIRCRAFT THEN TAXIED BACK TO THE RAMP AND TERMINATED THE FLIGHT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
