## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT WAS DOING A TEST LANDING TO DETERMINE THE DEPTH AND DRAG OF THE SNOW. UPON THE FIRST PASS AND INITIAL TOUCHDOWN THERE WAS EXCESSIVE AND UNFORESEEN DRAG ON THE GEAR DUE TO THE NATURE AND DEPTH OF THE SNOW RESULTING IN THE EVENT WHERE THE AIRCRAFT FLIPPED OVER ON ITS BACK. THE PILOT STATED JUST BEFORE ROLLING OVER HE APPLIED FULL POWER IN AN ATTEMPT TO GO AROUND BUT WAS NOT ABLE TO CORRECT THE DRAG OF THE AIRCRAFT BEFORE ROLLING OVER. VMC CONDITIONS WERE PRESENT AND DAYLIGHT PREVAILED. NO INJURIES.
