## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE AIRMAN WAS INTENDING TO CONDUCT A CURRENCY FLIGHT. ON THE INITIAL TAKE-OFF ROLL; AFTER APPROXIATELY 2000 FEET GROUND ROLL, THE AIRMAN EXPERIENCED A BLOW-OUT ON THE NOSE TIRE ON RUNWAY 32. HE ABORTED THE TAKE-OFF AND AS HE SLOWED, THE AIRCRAFT VEERED OFF THE RUNWAY ON THE RIGHT-HAND SIDE. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO A STOP IN A GRASSY AREA ADJACENT TO THE RUNWAY. AIRMAN REPORTED THAT THE PRE-FLIGHT INSPECTION WAS NORMAL. DAMAGE OCCURED TO THE WHEEL AND NOSE-STRUT. NO OTHER DAMAGE WAS REPORTED TO THE AIRCRAFT OR AIRPORT FACILITY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
