## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT N47FP A PA-12 PIPER, LANDED OUT OF CONTROL AFTER THOUCH DOWN. AIRCRAFT VEERED LEFT OFF THE RUNWAY 17 WHICH CAUSED THE AIRCRAFT AND OCCUPANCY TO HIT TWO PASI LIGHTS.

IT APPEARS THAT PASSENGER ON BOARD MAY HAVE APPLIED LEFT BRAKE FROM BACK SEAT PRIOR TO TOUCH DOWN. WHICH RENDERED THE AIRCRAFT UNCONTROLLABLE.

PILOT FAILED TO BRIEF PASSENGER THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO LANDING.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)
