## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING A FERRY FLIGHT FOR AIRCRAFT DELIVERY, THE PILOT LANDED WMC ON A SCHEDULED FUEL STOP. THE PILOT STATED THAT ASOS WAS NOT REPORTING WIND CONDITIONS SO SHE FLEW OVER THE AIRPORT TO CHECK THE WIND SOCK WHICH INDICATED LIGHT WINDS FAVORING RUNWAY 20. THE PILOT MADE FULL FLAP APPROACH CROSSING THE RUNWAY NUMBERS AT ABOUT 55 MPH. AS SHE FLARED, THE PILOT STATED SHE BOUNCED AN ESTIMATED 2-3 FEET; HOWEVER, SHE DID NOT CONSIDER A GO AROUND. THE PILOT STATED SHE ADDED ENGINE POWER TO SOFTEN THE NEXT TOUCH DOWN AND FLARED. SHE THE RIGHT WHEEL TOUCHED DOWN FIRST AND THE AIRPLANE JOLTED TO THE RIGHT. SUBSEQUENTLY, THE LEFT MAIN TOUCHED DOWN AND SHE APPLIED FULL LEFT RUDDER TO BRING THE AIRPLANE STRAIGHT. THE PILOT STATED SHE HAD THE THROTTLE RETARDED AND STICK FULL AFT AND WAS STILL VEERING TO THE RIGHT SO SHE APPLIED SLIGHT BRAKE PRESSURE. THE RIGHT BRAKE CAUGHT FIRST AND THE AIRCRAFT VEERED FARTHER TO THE RIGHT. THE PILOT FELT THE TAIL GOING LEFT AND THOUGHT SHE WAS GOING TO GROUND LOOP SO SHE APPLIED MORE BRAKE PRESSURE CAUSING THE AIRCRFT TO NOSED OVER ONTO ITS BACK.
