STUDENT PILOT USING THE TAXI CENTERLINE WHILE TAXING BACK TO PARKING RAMP THE AIRCRAFT RIGHT WING TIP STRUCK RUDDER OF PARKED AIRCRAFT N977XL A PILATUS PC-12/45. MINOR DAMAGE RECEIVED ON BOTH AIRCRAFT.
