## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT LANDED THE AIRCRAFT ON RUNWAY 36 WITH THE LANDING GEAR RETRACTED. THE PILOT STATED THAT HIS NORMAL LANDING ROUTINE WAS DISRUPTED BY A FORMATION FLIGHT IN THE PATTERN AND HE DELAYED EXTENSION OF THE LANDING GEAR UNTIL HE WAS ON FINAL APPROACH. HE FURTHER STATED THAT HE OBSERVED THE MECHANICAL GEAR INDICATOR WHICH INDICATED THAT THE LANDING GEAR WAS EXTENDED. THE PILOT ALSO STATED THAT THE AIRCRAFT REQUIRED FULL FLAPS TO SLOW THE AIRCRAFT SUFFICIENTLY FOR LANDING. HE STATED THAT HE HAD NO OTHER INDICATION OF ANYTHING ABNORMAL UNTIL THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK THE GROUND WITH THE GEAR RETRACTED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
