## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON SUNDAY, MARCH 11, 2018, A SWEARINGEN SA226-T(B), REGISTERED AS N800MM, SERIAL NUMBER T375, WAS INVOLVED IN AN INCIDENT AT MAHLON SWEET FIELD AIRPORT (KEUG) IN EUGENE, OREGON. THE ACCIDENT RESULTED IN MINOR DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT.

THE AIRCRAFT IS REGISTERED TO LMT ENTERPRISES INC, PO BOX 21838, EUGENE, OR, 97402.

THE PILOT EXPLAINED THAT HE LANDED ON RUNWAY 16R AND EXITED THE VIA TAXIWAY A6. TAXIWAY A6 IS A HIGH SPEED TAXI FROM THE RUNWAY. WHILE ON THE TAXIWAY THE RIGHT ENGINE PROPLELLER STRUCK A TAXIWAY LIGHT. PILOT EXPLAINED THAT HE DID NOT RECEIVE FULL STEERING AUTHORITY FROM THE AIRCRAFT WHEN HE INITIATED INPUT. HE STATED THAT THE NOSE WHEEL STEERING SYSTEM WAS ARMED AND DID NOT EXIT THE RUNWAY AT AN EXCESSIVE SPEED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
