## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE LANDING GEAR DID NOT FULLY EXTEND WHEN SELECTED PRIOR TO LANDING. THE PILOT WAS ABLE TO MANUALLY CRANK THE GEAR DOWN AND RECEIVED INDICATION THAT THE GEAR WAS DOWN AND LOCKED. THE CONTROL TOWER NOTED THE LANDING GEAR APPEARED TO BE DOWN DURING A FLY-BY PERFORMED BY THE PILOT PRIOR TO LANDING. DURING THE LANDING ROLL-OUT, THE PILOT RECEIVED AN UNSAFE GEAR INDICATION FOR THE NOSE GEAR. HE TAXIED OFF THE RUNWAY AND SHUT DOWN THE ENGINES ON THE TAXIWAY. THE PILOT THEN ATTEMPTED TO MANUALLY CRANK THE LANDING GEAR FURTHER TO GET THE A SAFE NOSE GEAR INDICATION AND THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
