## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING THE AIRSHOW PERFORMANCE, THE PILOT WAS ATTEMPTING TO PERFORM A STUNT THAT INVOLVED LANDING ON A PLATFORM ON TOP OF A MOVING TRUCK. DURING GUSTY WIND CONDITIONS, THE AIRCRAFT RIGHT WING TIP CONTACTED THE SIDE OF THE METAL LANDING PLATFORM, DAMAGING THE RIGHT WING TIP. THE PILOT DISCONTINUED THE STUNT AND ENDED THE PERFORMANCE BY LANDING WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. THE PILOT STATED THAT THERE WAS VERBAL RADIO MISCOMMUNICATION BETWEEN HIM AND THE DRIVER OF THE TRUCK. THIS RESULTED IN THE TRUCK DECELERATING AS THE AIRPLANE ACCELERATED. THE RIGHT WING TIP STRUCK THE PLATFORM AS THE PILOT WAS TRYING TO AVOID HITTING THE DECELERATING TRUCK.

Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
