## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT STATED HE HAD BEEN WORKING LONG HOURS AND FATIGUED. HE HAD PLANNED TO FLY FROM MINOT TO NEW HAMPSHIRE. HE HAD TIME PRESSURE DUE TO WORK. HE ARRIVED 1330 TO KMOT ON COMMERCIAL FLIGHT. AIRPLANE HAD JUST GOT OUT OF ANNUAL. IT WAS GOING TO BE 2 PERSONS HEADING DOWN TO IOWA, THEN EAST TO NH. PILOT DECIDED TO DO A COUPLE OF TOUCH AND GOES BEFORE PUTTING THE PASSENGER ON BOARD AND EMBARKING ON THE TRIP. HE MADE A MISTAKE IN CONTACTING TOWER INSTEAD OF GROUND FOR TAXI. THE PILOT STATED HE WAS FEELING A LITTLE TIRED AND OFF OF HIS GAME. ON HIS SECOND TOUCH AND GO, PILOT WAS ASKED TO CHANGE RUNWAYS TO ACCOMODATE GROUND CREW ON THE MAIN RUNWAY. HE DID A SECOND TOUCH AND GO ON THE CROSSING RUNWAY. THE THIRD TOUCH AND GO ATTEMPT THE PILOT NOTED A SHALLOW DESCENT RATE AND LOW POWER SETTING IN THE PATTERN AND HAD TO SLIP TO GET IT DOWN AND USED AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF RUNWAY. THE PILOT DID NOT RECALL HEARING GEAR WARNING HORN BEFORE OR AFTER LANDING.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
