## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON APRIL 13, 2018 AT APPROXIMATELY 8:00 PM, THE PILOT STATED THAT AFTER LADING ON LAKE DORA, THE WINDS WERE 10 MILES PER HOUR OUT OF THE SOUTHEAST WITH ONE-FOOT WAVES. AT APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET FROM THE RAMP THE PLANE STOPPED, WHEN NOSE DOWN, AND THE TAIL LIFTED CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO FLIP AND CAME TO REST IN AN INVERTED POSITION IN THE WATER. A PHYSICAL INSPECTION OF THE AIRCRAFT REVEL A DENT ON THE AFT SECTION OF THE LEFT FLOAT. ON THE MORNING OF APRIL 14, 2018, A LOG APPROXIMATELY 10 FEET LONG WITH A 15 INCH DIAMETER WAS FOUND PARTIALLY EXPOSED AND FLOATING IN THE WATER.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
