THE PILOT OF THE INCIDENT AIRCRAFT LANDED GEAR UP AT CAMBRIDGE-DORCHESTER (CGE) ON RUNWAY 16. THE PILOT MADE SEVERAL UNSUCCSESSFUL ATTEMPTS TO LOWER THE GEAR NORMALLY. HE WAS ALSO UNSUCCESSFUL AT LOWERING IT MANUALLY.
