## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

A SOUTHWEST AIRLINES BOEING 737-7H4, REGISTRATION N742SW PERFORMING FLIGHT WN 3156 FROM BNA TO MSY WITH 135 PASSENGERS AND 5 CREW, BLEW THE #2 MAIN LANDING GEAR TIRE WHILE DEPARTING NASHVILLE?S RUNWAY 20R. PILOT IN COMMAND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY DUE TO THE LOSS OF ?A? HYDRAULIC SYSTEM PRESSURE. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO BNA AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. AIRCRAFT WAS TOWED FROM THE RUNWAY TO THE TERMINAL.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
