## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT MADE TWO SUCCESSFUL LANDINGS ON RWY 28. THE WIND SHIFTED TO SLIGHTLY FAVOR RWY 10 SO PILOT CHANGED TO RWY 10. DURING FIRST LANDING ON RWY 10, WIND BECAME VARIABLE. PILOT APPLIED TOO MUCH BRAKE PRESSURE AND DID NOT HAVE THE CONTROL STICK AS FAR BACK AS HE BELIEVED THAT HE SHOULD HAVE. THE AIRCRAFT ROCKED FORWARD AND THE PROPELLER SCRAPPED THE RUNWAY SURFACE. THIS CAUSED SLIGHT DAMAGE TO THE PROPELLER TIPS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
