## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AFTER AIRCRAFT CAME TO A FULL STOP AT AIRGLADES PARK (2IS), PILOT TAXIED BACK TO RUNWAY 13, PERFORMED PRE DEPARTURE CHECK FOR RADIO CALL. AIRCRAFT TAXIED ONTO THE RUNWAY. INCREASED AIRCRAFT TO FULL POWER AND PUSHED THE RIGHT RUDDER. PILOT NOTICED WIND FROM THE LEFT BEFORE TAKEOFF ROLL AND TURNED THE CONTROL WHEEL SLIGHTLY TO THE LEFT. AIRCRAFT ROTATED AT 55 KNOTS. AIRCRAFT BANKED TO THE LEFT. PILOT ATTEMPTED TO LEVEL THE WINGS BUT IT DIDN'T WORK. AIRCRAFT TOUCHED THE GROUND ON THE LEFT WHEEL, THE AIRCRAFT THEN SLID INTO THE GRASS. THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED DUE HARD IMPACT WITH THE GROUND AND THE PROPELLER WAS DAMAGED. THE AIRCAFT CAME TO A STOP IN THE GRASS. NO INJURIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
