## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON MAY 19, 2018 AT APPROXIMATELY 1310 LOCAL, AIRCRAFT MODEL PILATUS PC-12/47E, REGISTRATION N83JR, LANDED WITH LANDING GEAR UP ON RWY 05 AT ZEPHYRHILLS, FL (ZPH) AIRPORT. ON THE SAME DAY PILOT WAS CONTACTED AND INTERVIEWED OVER THE PHONE. HE EXPLAINED THE SEQUENCE OF THE INCIDENT AND PROVIDED A STATEMENT VIA EMAIL. AN ARRANGEMENT WAS MADE TO VISIT THE FACILITY WHERE THE AIRCRAFT WAS KEPT AND PICTURES WERE TAKEN. DURING EVALUATION OF AIRCRAFT NO STRUCTURAL DAMAGE FOUND UNDER FUSELAGE. HOWEVER, THE FOLLOWING WERE NOTICED: ALL THE PROPELLER BLADES STRUCK THE GROUND AND WERE MISSING FROM THE HUB, FAIRING UNDER ENGINE AREA HAS SOME TEARING, COMMUNICATION ANTENNA TURNED HALFWAY FROM BASE, AND FLAPS SHOWED SUBSTANCIAL SCRAPES AT ENDS CLOSE TO FUSELAGE. NO EVIDENCE OF DAMAGE WAS FOUND ON ENGINE MOUNTS, FIRE WALL, OR LANDING GEARS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
