## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON 05/21/2018 AIRCRAFT N427JM WAS ON FINAL APPROACH TO KOKZ, ENROUTE FROM KCTJ, AND AT 2 MILES OUT THE PILOT SELECTED GEAR DOWN, APPROACH FLAPS AND SAW THAT HE HAD THREE GREEN INDICATOR LIGHTS WITH GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED . AFTER A SMOOTH TOUCH DOWN ON THE MAINS THE PILOT HELD THE NOSE OFF WITH BACK PRESSURE ON THE YOKE. AS THE SPEED BLED OFF, THE NOSE CAME DOWN AND THE PILOT NEVER FELT RESISTANCE FROM THE NOSE WHEEL AS THE NOSE OF THE AIRCRAFT GENTLY CONTACTED THE ASPHALT SURFACE. THE PILOT MAINTAINED CENTER LINE AS THE AIRCRAFT SLID APPROXIMATELY 1400 FEET DOWN THE RUNWAY BEFORE COMING TO REST AT TAXIWAY. NO INJURIES TO PILOT OR PASSENGER BUT AIRCRAFT RECEIVED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)
