## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

N106LB FLIGHT WITH 01 PILOT AND 01 PASSENGER ONBOARD ORIGINATED FROM SPRINGDALE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT (ASG), SPRINGDALE, AR, WITH A DESTINATION OF SUGAR LAND REGIONAL AIRPORT (SGR), SUGAR LAND, TX. PILOT STATED HE ENTERED LEFT DOWNWIND FOR LANDING ON RUNWAY 35, SUGAR LAND REGIONAL AIRPORT. THE TOWER EXTENDED HIM DOWNWIND SO HE RAISED THE LANDING GEAR IN ORDER TO INCREASE HIS AIRSPEED. UPON RECEIVING CLEARANCE TO LAND, PILOT TURNED BASE, CLEAR FOR RUNWAY 35, AND FORGOT TO LOWER THE LANDING GEAR. THIS RESULTED IN THE AIRCRAFT LANDING WITH WHEELS UP. AIRCRAFT WAS HOISTED ONTO A MOBILE PLATFORM AND MOVED FROM THE RUNWAY TO RAMP PARKING SPOT.

VISIBLE DAMAGE TO AIRCRAFT INCLUDES; DAMAGE TO ALL FOUR COMPOSITE PROPELLER BLADES, SCRAPE DAMAGE TO UNDERSIDE (BELLY) OF FUSELAGE TO INCLUDE SCRAPING OF ANTENNAS, DAMAGE TO LEFT- AND RIGHT-SIDE INBOARD, TRAILING EDGE CORNERS OF FLAPS.

DURING INSPECTION OF AIRCRAFT, LANDING GEAR WARNING CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS DISCOVERED TO BE POPPED. WHEN PILOT WAS ASKED ABOUT THIS, HE STATED THAT HAD BEEN AN INTERMITTENT PROBLEM AND WAS SUPPOSED TO GET FIXED DURING THE ANNUAL INSPECTION THE AIRCRAFT HAD JUST COME OUT OF. PILOT STATED THEY MUST HAVE FORGOTTEN TO HAVE THAT REPAIRED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
