## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PIC WAS ON A VFR FLIGHT FROM 7S9 TO S36 LEVEL AT 2,000 TRAVELING NORTHBOUND. PIC REPORTS SEEING A DRONE AT HIS ONE O?CLOCK POSITION JUST PRIOR TO IMPACTING THE RIGHT WINGTIP. PIC REPORTS NO ADVERSE CONTROL ISSUES AND DID NOT SEE ANY DAMAGE. FLIGHT CONTINUED TO S36 WITHOUT INCIDENT. AFTER LANDING, A VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE AIRCRAFT WAS ACCOMPLISHED. THE RIGHT WINGTIP WAS DAMAGED AND THE OUTER RIGHT LEADING EDGE OF THE WING SHOWED AN IMPACT POINT.

CLACKAMAS COUNTY SHERIFF WAS DISPATCHED TO SEARCH FOR THE DRONE WITHOUT SUCCESS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
