## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT STATED THAT APPROACH TO KISSIMMEE GATEWAY AIRPORT WAS NORMAL. DURING LANDING TOUCHDOWN AIRCRAFT N497SJ BOUNCED A COUPLE OF TIMES AND PILOT PERFORMED A GO AROUND. PILOT THEN LANDED SAFELY AND TAXIED TO RAMP AREA. PILOT STATED THAT THEY WERE NOT SURE OF DAMAGES FROM HARD LANDING SO THEY CALLED THEIR MAINTENANCE STAFF AND REPORTED POSSIBLE DAMAGE FROM HARD LANDING. MAINT STAFF CAME TO ISM AND INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT AND DETERMINED IT WAS NOT AIRWORTHY. BENT FIREWALL AND DAMAGE TO LOWER TAIL SURFACE AT TIE DOWN HOOK.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)
