ON JUNE 2, 2018 AT 2054 CDT, A PIPER PA-28-161, N8097H, S/N 28-8016092, ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ HAD AN INCIDENT WHILE LANDING ON RUNWAY 17 AT FORT WORTH MEACHAM INTERNATIONAL (FTW).  ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ THE STUDENT PILOT, DURING FIRST SOLO, AND PERFORMING A LANDING, BOUNCED ON TOUCHED DOWN AND DURING ROLL OUT, LOST CONTROL, RAN OFF THE RUNWAY INTO THE GRASS TAKING OUT 1 RUNWAY EDGE LIGHT BEFORE MANEUVERING BACK ONTO THE RUNWAY AND REGAINED CONTROL.  VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS (VMC) PREVAILED AND THERE WAS NO FLIGHT PLAN FILED.
