## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AT 10:58 EDT ON 6/16/2018, N335JB FLIPPED OVER AFTER LANDING ON RUNWAY 4 DUE TO UNKNOWN REASONS. POB:2, INJURIES: NONE.

INSPECTORS CONDUCTED AN ON-SITE INCIDENT INVESTIGATION INVOLVING N335JB, AN AMERICAN AIRCRAFT COMPANY AL-11, THAT LANDED ON RUNWAY 4 AT FAY AND CAME TO REST INVERTED. INVESTIGATION OF THE INCIDENT FOUND EVIDENCE THAT THE AIRCRAFT BEGAN DRIFTING TOWARDS THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY BEFORE IT FLIPPED OVER INVERTED.

^MR. THOMAS ZILG^ WAS REPORTED AS THE PILOT FLYING. ^MR. ZILG^ DID NOT HAVE A CURRENT MEDICAL CERTIFICATE AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT AND WAS NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE THE PILOT IN COMMAND.

^MR. RONALD TERRY^ WAS PROVIDING A 'CHECK OUT' TO ^MR. ZILG^ IN THE AIRCRAFT AND WAS ACTING AS PILOT IN COMMAND AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT.

BOTH PILOTS DECLINED TO PROVIDE ANY STATEMENTS CONCERNING THE INCIDENT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
