## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT LANDED THE AIRCRAFT ON AN UNDEVELOPED RUNWAY TO WAIT OUT A PASSING STORM CELL. WHILE ON LANDING ROLLOUT, AIRCRAFT HIT A BUMP AND BECAME AIRBORNE. PILOT INCREASED POWER FOR A GO AROUND AND WHILE TRYING TO AVOID A FRONTAL OBSTACLE, PILOT DIPPED RIGHT WING AND STRUCK THE TOP OF AN UNOBSERVED 8 FT. HIGH POST APPROX 1 FT. IN FROM THE WING TIP.

THE INERTIA CAUSED THE AIRCRAFT TO SPIN 270 DEGREES TO THE RIGHT AND IMPACT THE GROUND, CAUSING SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO PROP, LANDING GEAR AND RIGHT WING.
