## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

BASED ON THE PILOT?S STATEMENT, HE HAD JUST LANDED ON RUNWAY 14L AT BOEING FIELD; JUST AFTER TOUCHDOWN THE CONTROL TOWER ISSUED TURNOFF AND TAXI INSTRUCTIONS. HE FOLLOWED THE TOWER?S INSTRUCTIONS, BUT WAS MOVING TOO FAST TO SAFETY EXIT THE RUNWAY AT THE DESIGNATED TURNOFF. BECAUSE HE WAS MOVING TOO FAST HE APPLIED HIS BRAKES TOO AGGRESSIVELY. THE AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER AND THE PROPELLER STRUCK THE RUNWAY. THE ENGINE CONTINUED TO ROTATE A FEW TIMES, DAMAGING BOTH PROPELLER BLADES AND CAUSING THE ENGINE TO STOP.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
