## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE AIRPLANE IMPACTED TERRAIN IN A CORN FIELD WITH STALKS REACHING AS HIGH AS EIGHT FEET. 38° 47?41? - 84° 49?13? LOCATION OF ACCIDENT SITE. PRELIMINARY EVIDENCE APPEARS TO BE AN INFLIGHT BREAKUP BASED ON IMPACT DIRECTION AND DEBRIS PATH. AN FAA INSPECTOR EXAMINED THE AIRPLANE ON-SCENE. THE FAA INSPECTOR NOTED THAT BOTH OF THE RIGHT WINGS SEPARATED FROM THE AIRPLANE AND FROM EACH OTHER. BOTH OF THE LEFT WINGS REMAINED CONNECTED TO EACH OTHER BUT WERE SEPARATED FROM THE AIRCRAFT AND CAME TO REST 10 FEET FORWARD OF THE IMPACT. THE FLIGHT CONTROL CABLES FOR THE LEFT WINGS, RUDDER, AND ELEVATOR REMAINED CONNECTED TO THE COCKPIT CONTROLS BUT WAS CUT TO REMOVE THE PILOT FROM THE WRECKAGE.

PIECES OF LEADING EDGE, RIBS, SPARS AND OTHER DEBRIS FROM ONE OF THE WINGS WERE LOCATED 1/4-MILE NORTH OF THE ACCIDENT SITE. PORTIONS OF THE RIGHT WING SPAR CAME TO REST ABOUT 100 TO 400 YARDS FROM THE ACCIDENT SITE. 38° 47?45? N -84° 49?11? W PART OF LOWER WING SPAR.

38° 47?42? N -84° 49?12? W PART OF RT. LOWER WING SPAR LOCATED. 38° 47?47? N -84° 49?9? W PART OF RT. LOWER LEADING EDGE. 38° 47?44? N -84° 49?11? W PART OF LOWER WING FABRIC. 38° 47?46? FURTHER EVALUATION TO BE CONDUCTED BY NTSB WITH RESULTS TO FOLLOW.
