## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON 7/23/18 AT APPROXIMATELY 1900 LOCAL, VNY ATCT OBSERVED N222CV MAKING A SHARP RIGHT TURN ON LANDING ROLLOUT - RUNWAY 16R. THE AIRCRAFT PILOTED BY ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ HIT A TAXI LIGHT AS IT ROLLED THROUGH THE DIRT/GRASS AREA BETWEEN TAXIWAYS F & G WEST OF RUNWAY 16R, AND CAME TO A STOP ON TAXIWAY "A". THE PILOT REQUESTED A TAXI CLEARANCE TO THE RAMP AND CONTINUED WITH NO FURTHER ISSUES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
