## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT STATED THAT ON TAKEOFF ROLL, JUST BEFORE ROTATION, HE FELT THE RIGHT HAND MAIN LANDING GEAR COLLAPSE. HE PULLED UP, AIRCRAFT LEFT THE SURFACE AND VEERED OFF TO THE RIGHT. BEFORE HE COULD REACT, THE RIGHT HAND PROPELLER STRUCK THE RUNWAY. AT THIS POINT THE PILOT PUT THE AIRCRAFT BACK ON THE RUNWAY AND THE REMAINING TWO LANDING GEAR COLAPSED. THE PILOT AND PASSENGER BOTH CONFIRMED THAT THE LANDING GEAR HANDLE WAS LEFT IN THE DOWN POSITION THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE EVENT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
