## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT LANDED AT KOGB AND BOTH MAIN GEARS FOLDED. PILOT STATED THAT AFTER DEPARTURE FROM KBKT HE HAD NO ISSUE WITH THE GEAR GOING UP. AFTER A BIT HE NOTICED THE RED LIGHT ON THE GEAR HANDLE WITH NO AIRCRAFT PERFORMANCE ISSUE NOTED. AFTER LEVEL OFF, HE DECIDED TO CYCLE, THE GEAR AND NOTHING HAPPENED. AFTER THIS, HE STARTED GOING OVER THE CHECKLIST AND LOOKING AT CIRCUIT BREAKERS AND TRIED ONE MORE CYCLE WITH NO AVAIL. THE PILOT THEN DECIDED THAT HE NEEDED SOMEONE TO LOOK AT THE GEAR FROM THE GROUND. HE CALLED THE UNICOM AT KOGB AND MADE A LOW PASS OVER THE RUNWAY FOR THE AIRPORT MANAGER AND ANOTHER PILOT TO EXAMINE THE SITUATION IN WHICH BOTH INFORMED THE PILOT THAT IT LOOKED LIKE HE HAD THREE GEARS DOWN AND LOCKED AND THAT HE HAD PUMPED UNTIL THE HANDLE UNTIL IT WOULD NOT MOVE ANYMORE. AT THIS POINT, HE DECIDED TO LAND, WHEN TOUCHING DOWN THE RIGHT GEAR FOLDED FIRST THEN THE LEFT, THE NOSE GEAR STAYED EXTENDED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
